Rachel Wolfe - NED Victoria Director, course coordinator and presenter

RN, BN (Hons), B App Sci (Health Promotion), Grad Dip Nursing (Critical Care), Cert IV Training & Assessment, Master of Nursing (Education).

Rachel has a wealth of nursing experience in Critical Care and Emergency Nursing. She has a passion for Nursing education and a keen interest in research and evidence based practice. She has participated in numerous research projects and is a published journal article author.

Rachel has a particular interest in Resuscitation training for healthcare providers and first aid training for the community. She is an Australian Association of Critical Care Nurses (ACCCN) certified Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support Instructor.

Rachel has a Master of Nursing in Education. Her education roles have included Clinical Support Nurse in a busy ED, sessional tutor at Deakin University, clinical facilitation at a variety of institutions, Education Coordinator for a Nursing Agency and Educator Manager at a rural hospital in Victoria. She is an experienced course coordinator and presenter.

Since moving to rural healthcare, Rachel has developed a passion for chronic disease management, primary care nursing and enjoys the priviledge of working with and supporting those in her community. 

In addition to her role as NED Victoria Director, course coordinator, and presenter, Rachel currently works as an Educator and Graduate Programs Co-ordinator in a rural hospital in Victoria as well as a Chronic Disease Management Nurse in a rural GP Clinic. She is currently a Nurse Practitioner Candidate, completing a Master of Nurse Practitioner via Flinders University.
