Scheduled Healthcare Professional Courses

Payment For bookings, payment must be made by bank deposit or PayPal.  Bookings will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.

Entry to a course will not be permitted in circumstances where payment has not been received and cleared prior to the course commencing.

Discounts

An early-bird discount may be offered on full-priced programs if payment is received one month prior to commencement of the course.

Cancellation

Registrations are not transferable to another person. 

Refunds or transfers between courses (subject to availability) may be available if requested in writing at least 72 hours prior to the course commencement date. A fee of $50 per course, topic or program will be charged if a refund or transfer between course, topic or program is granted.  

No refunds or transfers between programs are available if requested less than 72 hours before the course commencement date.

No refunds or transfers are available for programs conducted in association with other organisations.

NED Victoria reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses, programs, topics or events and to change presenters and assessors or to revise the course content.

Privacy

By booking into this course, you acknowledge and accept that NED Victoria may audio and /or video record the program and that audio/video may be used by NED Victoria in promoting its programs for sale or otherwise.

By completing this enrolment form, you consent to NED Victoria providing your name and organisation details to the presenter(s) of the relevant course(s) or program(s). For full details of the NED Victoria’s privacy policy see www.nedvic.com.au.

Custom/Group Healthcare Professional or Aged/Residential Care Courses

Payment For bookings, payment must be made by bank deposit or PayPal.  Bookings will not be processed until a 50% non-refundable deposit is to be received and cleared. The final 50% payment is to be received on or before one month prior to the commencement of the course.  Entry to a course will not be permitted in circumstances where payment has not been received and cleared in accordance with this paragraph.

Minimum fee applies

The minimum fee applies regardless of actual participants.  No refund will be given for nonattendance.

Participant Details

Participant details must be provided no later than 14 days prior to commencement of the course. Entry to a course will not be permitted in circumstances where a participant’s details have not been received.

Payment for any additional participants must be made within seven (7) days following receipt of invoice (issued following the course). Entry to a course will not be permitted in circumstances where payment has not been received and cleared.

The transfer of registration of participant is permitted if requested in writing at least 72 hours prior to the course commencement date.

Maximum participants may apply (per instructor/participant ratios).

Cancellation

A refund of the final 50% payment may be available if requested in writing at least three (3) weeks prior to the course commencement date. 

A cancellation fee of $300 per course, seminar or topic is applicable if a course, seminar or topic is cancelled within three (3) weeks of commencement of the course, seminar or topic. 

No refunds are available if requested less than three (3) weeks before the course commencement date. No refunds are available for programs conducted in association with other organisations.

Transfer of course date

The date of a course, seminar or topic may be transferred (subject to availability) if requested in no later than three (3) weeks prior to the commencement of the course, seminar or topic.

A transfer fee of $300 per course, seminar or topic is applicable if the date of a course, seminar or topic is transferred. 

Course requirements

NED Victoria will provide:

·       - all course materials and equipment required for skill stations;

·       - certificate of attendance (and/or competency where applicable); and

·       - experienced presenters and assessors

Facility to provide:

·       - a venue suitable for attendees (including tables and chairs);

·       - catering;  

·       - a registration officer; and

·       - media release forms completed by each participant.

First Aid Courses

Payment

For bookings, payment must be made by bank deposit or PayPal. 

Full payment is to be received on or before one month prior to the commencement of the course.  Bookings will not be finalised until full payment is received and cleared.

Online learning must be completed by participants no later than one week (1) prior to commencement of the course. 

NED Victoria will provide:

·       - RTO certificate where applicable; and

·       - experienced presenters and assessors.

Facility to provide:

·       - a venue suitable for attendees, including table and chairs;

·       - catering;

·       - a registration officer; and

·       media release forms completed by each course participant.
