Kate Flynn

RN, BN, Grad Dip Nursing (Peri-Operative), Grad Dip Nursing (Emergency), Cert IV Training & Assessment.

Kate has worked in education roles in major Victorian hospitals for over 10 years. Kate has extensive experience as a senior emergency nurse, and has spent the last eight years working as part of the Emergency Department Nurse Education team at Monash Health, Clayton campus. Kate has experience as a perioperative nurse across all roles of the operating theatre (scrub, scout, anaesthetics and recovery) in both private and public sectors.

Kate is renowned for her dynamic presenting style, enthusiasm and broad knowledge. She currently divides her time between the emergency and perioperative environments as well as being a mum and NED Victoria course presenter and first aid trainer.
